Free shipping

Shipping is free on every Dumplies order. No minimum.

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). During launches and busy periods, processing may take slightly longer; we'll email you if there's any delay.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery times for your address are shown at checkout. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your steamer all the way to your door.

Where we ship

We ship to the countries available at checkout. Orders shipped outside the country of origin may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Address issues

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships. We can't be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking shows no movement for an unusual amount of time or your package arrives damaged, contact us at g866170@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help you sort it out.
